Roles and Responsibilities of Digital Transformation, Group Strategy:

The responsibilities for the Off-Campus Drive position include:

• Acting as the primary contact for major business projects within the transformation portfolio.
• Developing and executing internal communication campaigns to enhance understanding of the bank’s transformational goals.
• Strengthening and aligning the Transformation Group’s messaging across its pillars.
• Collaborating with internal partners to create communication materials in line with the Transformation Group’s objectives, including teams in Marketing, Communications, HR, and T&O COO.
• Creating engaging content to encourage staff participation in communication platforms, while managing and optimizing various communication channels.
• Planning, editing, and writing content for internal communication channels such as the intranet, knowledge portals, and regular email newsletters.
• Ensuring that staff and stakeholders are well-informed about organizational initiatives and projects.
• Overseeing the development and implementation of the bank’s transformation agenda.
• Managing the adoption and value creation of Gen AI use cases for DBIL and driving their deployment.
• Collaborating with Business COOs to manage the Transformation workbook.
• Reporting on Transformation Workstreams and providing updates to top management.

Qualifications Required for DBS Bank:
