Responsibilities
Travel Customer Service Associate
- Analyze and process insurance claims
- Access and verify customer account details
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
- Handle follow-up calls and schedule technician visits
- Provide product support and attend job-related training
Database Admin Lead
- Install and maintain SQL databases
- Perform server tuning and disaster recovery
- Monitor security and backup protocols
- Identify and resolve data-related issues
Educational Qualifications
- Customer Service Associate: 12th pass or a graduate in any discipline
- Database Admin Lead: Graduate in any discipline

Salary Details
- Customer Service Associate: ₹25,000 – ₹29,400 per month (approx.)
- Database Admin Lead: ₹33,300 per month (approx.)
