Responsibilities
Crew Experience Executive (Chat Process):
- Ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for passengers
- Address and resolve crew complaints and issues
- Oversee bus scheduling and maintenance for reliability and safety
- Monitor routes to minimize delays and improve performance
- Manage crew, including drivers and support staff
- Prepare reports on route performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics
Route Manager:
- Coordinate with vendors for fleet maintenance and minimize breakdowns
- Address real-time issues raised by marshals and drivers
- Monitor customer satisfaction and manage ratings, reviews, and feedback
- Ensure fleet compliance, including GPS tracking and safety regulations
- Work closely with operators and internal teams to ensure smooth route execution
Salary Details
- Crew Experience Executive (Chat Process): ₹33,300 per month (approx.)
- Route Manager: ₹41,600 per month (approx.) Note: Salary figures are estimates based on external sources and may vary.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Age: 18 years (No upper age limit specified)
- Educational Qualification: A graduate degree in any discipline
