Key Responsibilities
- Handle routine tasks by referring to guidelines and SOPs.
- Interact within your team and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Use basic statistics and business terms during communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project team members to meet business objectives.
- Independently manage your assigned scope of work.
- Address complaints and issues within defined SLAs.
Salary
- Approximate monthly salary: ₹26,600

Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline is required for both positions.

- Online Assessment Test (Two stages):
- Cognitive Assessment (English ability, critical thinking, reasoning – 50 minutes)
- Communication Assessment (fluency, sentence mastery, vocabulary – 30 minutes)
- Interview (Telephonic or field-based)

- No prior experience needed. Freshers can apply.
