Job Responsibilities

Customer Support Representative:

Handle customer interactions via phone, chat, and email as per business requirements.
Process and analyze customer queries with accuracy to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain quality and compliance standards.
Professionally communicate while utilizing resources to resolve issues.
Manage high volumes of customer interactions while navigating multiple systems.

Chat Process Coordinator:

Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email.
Accurately process and analyze customer queries.
Maintain a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute.
Be open to working permanent night shifts or rotational shifts.
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.

Salary Details:

Pay Scale: ₹34,300 – ₹42,100 per month (approximate).

Eligibility Criteria

Age Requirement:

Candidates must be 18 years or older to apply.

Educational Qualifications:

Customer Support Representative: Graduate in any discipline with minimum one year of experience.
Chat Process Coordinator: Graduate in any discipline (Freshers can apply).
Analyst: Graduate in Commerce/BBA or MBA in Finance with minimum one year of experience.
