💼 Responsibilities

🔸 Analyst

Create, modify, and close purchase requisitions and orders
Handle supplier and customer inquiries related to orders and invoices
Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
Coordinate with stakeholders to reduce cycle time
Ensure SOPs are regularly updated and approved

🔸 Chat Process Coordinator

Handle customer queries via chat, phone, and email
Maintain accuracy and professionalism in customer communication
Must be able to multitask efficiently
Required to work night or rotational shifts
Minimum typing speed: 25 WPM

🎓 Educational Qualifications

Chat Process Coordinator: Graduate in any discipline with minimum 10 months of experience in customer service
Analyst: Graduate in any discipline
(Freshers can apply for Analyst role)

🧠 Required Skills

Strong communication and team collaboration
Customer-focused mindset
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
Flexible to work in shifts (including night shifts)

💰 Salary Details

Estimated monthly salary: ₹34,300 – ₹42,100 (approx.)

🔞 Age Limit

Minimum age: 18 years
