Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and resolve complaints in a timely manner
- Deliver accurate and complete information using appropriate tools and systems
- Maintain records of customer interactions and document necessary updates
- Work with CRM tools and escalate issues as required
- Adhere to set schedules and company policies
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Experience in e-commerce or chat support is a plus
- Good typing speed and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM systems and keyboard shortcuts
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude
