Education:
Candidates must hold a graduate degree in any discipline.

Experience:
- At least 1.5 years in a managerial role
OR - 2 years of experience in operations within a technology company
🧾 Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email with professionalism and clarity
- Identify and resolve basic to intermediate product/service issues
- Log interactions and categorize issues accurately in internal systems
- Handle incoming notifications from carrier partners
- Work independently to resolve cross-functional operational issues
- Ensure smooth internal processes and escalate complex issues as needed
🛠 Required Skills
- Basic SQL knowledge and familiarity with APIs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable with working in rotational shifts
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
🕒 Shift Timings
- Morning Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM
