π§βπΌ Roles and Responsibilities
HR Operations Associate:
- Maintain accurate records in HR systems like Workday and Greenhouse
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and internal changes
- Resolve employee queries using the internal ticketing system
- Collaborate with the Benefits and other internal teams
- Ensure internal documentation is current and clear
- Uphold data privacy policies and maintain confidentiality
Customer Support Onboarding Associate:
- Manage onboarding workflows in coordination with various teams
- Use platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, JIRA, and Asana
- Troubleshoot issues and support new product launches
- Adhere to SLAs while managing multiple tasks
- Identify areas of improvement in processes and contribute to their optimization
π Educational Qualifications
- HR Operations Associate: Graduate degree in any discipline (Freshers eligible)
- Customer Support Onboarding Associate: Graduate degree in any stream with minimum 2 years of experience in backend support, onboarding, or similar roles
