- Chat Support Representative (Customer Service Associate) – Office-based (Noida)
Responsibilities:
Media Search Analyst:
- Conduct web-based research and evaluation tasks.
- Analyze and prioritize case assignments.
- Manage and update essential documents and rosters.
- Monitor client cases and ensure timely confirmations.
Chat Support Representative:
- Handle customer queries via chat and email.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
Salary Details:
- Media Search Analyst: ₹31,100 per month (approx.)
- Chat Support Representative: ₹25,500 – ₹33,300 per month (approx.)
(Note: Salaries may vary based on experience and company policies.)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
- Age Limit: Minimum 18 years (no upper age limit).
- Experience: Freshers can apply.
