Process Associate (Chat Support)
- Respond to customer queries via email and chat
- Assist with service or feature-related changes on customer accounts
- Open and manage trouble tickets
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Provide updates on existing tickets
- Escalate unresolved complaints as per company policy
International Voice Process
- Handle outbound calls for queries like cancellations, bookings, clarifications, etc.
- Offer quick and accurate resolutions to users
- Achieve call quality and productivity benchmarks
- Recommend solutions such as repayment schedules, waivers, and date changes
- Practice active listening and maintain customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with SLA metrics
💰 Salary
- Process Associate (Chat Support) – ₹21,600 to ₹29,160 per month (approx.)
- International Voice Process – ₹28,300 per month (approx.)
🎓 Educational Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
