Responsibilities of a Recruitment Coordinator

Managing and scheduling interviews, phone screens, and recruitment processes.
Maintaining candidate records and job postings.
Coordinating post-interview debrief sessions and providing reports.
Tracking recruitment activities and improving efficiency.
Handling multiple Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
