Recruiter (Talent Acquisition)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Educate stakeholders on recruitment strategies
- Use analytics to improve hiring decisions
- Enhance candidate experience and manage referral programs
- Create KPI reports and dashboards
City Head
- Build and lead a city sales team
- Define market size and geographies
- Monitor performance and acquisition quality
- Handle merchant queries and drive engagement
- Set clear goals and oversee hiring
Salary Details
- Recruiter: ₹22,800/month (approx.)
- City Head: ₹58,300/month (approx.)

Educational Qualifications
- Recruiter: Graduate degree in any discipline
- City Head: Graduate degree in any discipline with team management experience

Required Skills
