Key Responsibilities
As a Holiday Expert, your main role will be to assist customers throughout their travel journey. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
Your Daily Tasks Will Include:
- Customer Support: Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, and holiday packages.
- Query Handling: Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Sales Goals: Promote and sell MakeMyTrip’s travel products and services.
- Relationship Building: Develop trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Operational Excellence: Follow standard procedures to ensure quality service.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer concerns.
