Responsibilities
Data Entry Executive
- Resolving queries via voice support (VPN, drivers, installations, Active Directory)
- Basic networking and cloud computing knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Open to 24/7 work environment
- Handling client queries via calls, chat, or email
Customer Support (International Voice Process)
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Identify sales opportunities through customer engagement
- Work independently and manage time effectively
Senior Associate Consultant
- Analyze project requirements and deliverables
- Work with banking software and financial concepts
- Create content and instructional strategies
- Develop storyboards and engaging learning materials
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams
Salary Details
- Data Entry Executive & Customer Support: ₹23,300 per month (approx.)
- Senior Associate Consultant: ₹33,300 per month (approx.)

- Minimum age: 18 years

Educational Qualifications
- Data Entry Executive: B.Sc
- Customer Support: Any graduate degree
- Senior Associate Consultant: Any graduate degree with 2+ years of experience
