Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Source, screen, and manage incoming resumes.
- Conduct initial screening interviews (online/telephonic/in-person).
- Assist hiring managers in making recruitment decisions.
- Ensure accurate records of the hiring process using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Comply with local employment laws related to hiring and recruitment.
- Ensure all job positions are filled within the required time frame.
- Maintain a seamless experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Salary Details
- Approx. ₹41,600 per month (Based on estimates from Glassdoor; actual salary may vary).
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit:
- Minimum 18 years. No upper age limit specified.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
