- Monitor assigned email inboxes and update client CRM during working hours
- Create and manage service requests (SRs)
- Route SRs to appropriate teams
- Train new associates in similar roles
- Maintain detailed records of processed emails
💰 Salary Details
Estimated salary: ₹31,600 per month
(Subject to variation as per company standards)
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service
