💼 Roles & Responsibilities
KYC Operations Analyst:
- Conduct client profile reviews and update KYC documentation
- Perform UAT testing for digital onboarding/renewal journeys
- Ensure compliance with Citi standards and local regulations
- Follow up with clients and maintain accurate KYC records
Chat Operations Officer:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email
- Resolve service issues while ensuring data security
- Educate customers about self-service options
- Maintain accurate records and report MIS data
- Collaborate with internal teams for effective issue resolution
💰 Salary Details
Approximate Salary: ₹34,160 per month

Educational Qualification:
Graduate degree in any discipline is required.
