KYC Operations Analyst
- Conduct KYC reviews for client accounts
- Ensure documentation compliance with Citi standards and local regulations
- Update KYC forms and track records
- Perform user acceptance and integration testing of onboarding systems
- Communicate with clients to ensure timely submission of information
Chat Operations Officer
- Respond to customer queries via chat and email
- Provide resolutions and guide customers for self-service
- Maintain product knowledge and analyze customer needs
- Ensure data privacy and secure information handling
- Collaborate with internal departments and manage account-level updates
- Generate accurate MIS reports
