Responsibilities of a Business Development Associate –
- Acquire new customers for the bank and explore potential business opportunities.
- Sell banking and investment products and services tailored to customers’ needs.
- Address customer queries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify sales opportunities for both bank products and third-party products by building new relationships with customers.
- Reach out to existing customers for additional deposits and promote cross-selling of products.
- Meet assigned sales targets on a daily and monthly basis.
- Complete all required certifications and participate in learning activities conducted by the bank.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers to enhance engagement.
- Log daily interactions with customers in the bank’s CRM system.
