Responsibilities of a Quality Specialist
- Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy benchmarks in quality audit tasks
- Provide coaching or updates related to mapping operations as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Resolve tickets and ensure timely response as per SLAs
- Analyze ongoing trends to drive improvements in process and systems
- Execute project components for audit operations
- Generate reports and status updates as required

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
