- Coordinating with the Tata Group’s customer service division for complex escalations.
- Implementing feedback mechanisms to support process improvements.
- Reporting status updates and resolution trends to the leadership team.
- Defining and tracking performance metrics for the help desk operations.
🎓 Educational Qualification
To be eligible for this position, candidates must have:
- A graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
