Job Responsibilities
✅ Service Desk Operator:
- Execute assigned checklists, user requests, and bulk job processing
- Monitor and complete backup processes on time
- Escalate issues to the concerned team when required
- Log incidents and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain audit deliverables and track pending tickets
✅ Practice Manager:
- Manage approvals and coordination with stakeholders
- Oversee the applicant registration, test scheduling, and interview process
- Track and manage candidate pipeline for smooth hiring
- Handle internship programs and query resolution
Salary Details
- Service Desk Operator – ₹25,500 per month (approx.)
- Practice Manager – ₹33,600 per month (approx.)
(Salaries may vary based on experience and company policies.)
Eligibility Criteria
🔹 Educational Qualification:
- Service Desk Operator – Graduate in any discipline
- Practice Manager – Graduate in any discipline + MBA
