Responsibilities
Junior Customer Service Executive:
- Handle customer issues and provide resolutions efficiently.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system/application problems.
- Oversee customer service operations and infrastructure management.
- Ensure smooth technical support as per SLA guidelines.
- Manage technical support escalations for NOC and SOC issues.
- Monitor vendor performance and adherence to SLA.
- Perform network and SOC problem resolution.
Lead Customer Security Operations:
- Manage technical administration and troubleshooting.
- Perform incident validation, analysis, and provide solutions.
- Develop, revise, and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Act as an escalation point for level 1 customer service analysts.
- Coordinate IT escalations, track issues, and manage performance.
- Optimize systems, processes, and policies.
- Publish weekly and monthly customer service reports.
Salary Details
- Junior Customer Service Executive: ₹33,600 per month (approx.)
- Lead Customer Security Operations: ₹41,600 per month (approx.)
(Note: Salaries may vary based on experience and company discretion.)
Eligibility Criteria
Age Requirement:
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
Educational Qualification:
- Junior Customer Service Executive / Lead Customer Security Operations: Graduate degree in any discipline.
