Job Responsibilities

Data Entry Executive:

Troubleshoot VPN, drivers, active directory issues.
Basic knowledge of networking, cloud computing & Microsoft Office.
Provide support via calls, chat, or email.
Open to 24/7 shifts and working from the office.

Customer Support (International Voice Process):

Deliver outstanding customer service and handle inquiries effectively.
Generate sales opportunities through customer engagement.
Resolve customer concerns independently and efficiently.
Ensure excellent time management and quality service.

Senior Associate Consultant:

Analyze project requirements and develop strategic solutions.
Work with banking software and financial concepts.
Script and visualize instructional content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project success.

Salary Details

Data Entry Executive & Customer Support (International Voice Process): ₹23,300 per month (Approx.)
Senior Associate Consultant: ₹33,300 per month (Approx.)

Eligibility Criteria

Data Entry Executive: B.Sc.
