Roles & Responsibilities
KYC Operations Analyst:
- Conduct KYC profile reviews and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Update KYC forms and client profiles as per policy.
- Follow up with clients for required information before deadlines.
- Perform KYC-related tasks, including monitoring records and approvals.
Chat Operations Specialist:
- Respond to customer queries via chat and email.
- Ensure a seamless customer service experience.
- Identify risks and provide effective solutions.
- Educate customers on self-service options.
- Maintain data security and accurate reporting.
Salary & Benefits
- Approx. ₹34,160 per month (Salary may vary based on experience and company policies.)
