Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Support Representative:

• Handle customer queries through phone, chat, and email.
• Analyze and resolve customer concerns with accuracy.
• Maintain quality and compliance standards.
• Effectively communicate with customers while utilizing internal resources.
• Manage a high volume of calls, chats, and emails from customers and associates.

Chat Process Coordinator:

• Support customers through phone, chat, and email as per business needs.
• Process critical customer queries efficiently.
• Maintain a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute.
• Work in night shifts or rotational shifts as required.
• Professionally engage with customers and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary & Benefits

• Estimated Pay: ₹34,300 – ₹42,100 per month.
• Additional benefits as per company policy.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Requirement:

• Minimum 18 years (Candidates below 18 are not eligible).

Educational Qualifications:

• Customer Support Representative: Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of one year of experience.
• Chat Process Coordinator: Graduate in any discipline (freshers can apply).
• Analyst: Graduate in Commerce/BBA or MBA in Finance with a minimum of one year of experience.
