Key Responsibilities of a Service Desk Intern

Providing IT support to Sophos employees.
Assisting with PC hardware components, operating systems, and software issues.
Deploying standard system images and troubleshooting hardware/software problems.

Creating and maintaining technical documentation and providing user training.
Generating reports and assisting in additional IT-related tasks.

Salary Details
