Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Analyst:
- Manage Google Ads campaigns to optimize ROI
- Develop performance metrics and refine campaign strategies
- Analyze web analytics data to make data-driven decisions
- Handle SEM campaigns across paid and organic channels
- Manage SEO for assigned products and generate reports
- Oversee all aspects of search engine marketing, from planning to reporting
Content Writer:
- Create engaging content for blogs, articles, and social media
- Stay updated with industry trends and digital content formats
- Develop documentation tailored to different markets and user proficiency levels
Technical Support Associate:
- Provide voice-based support to domestic/international customers
- Build rapport with customers through clear communication
- Ensure customer satisfaction and first-time resolution
- Collaborate with technical teams for issue resolution
- Work with content teams to enhance the help module
Salary Details
- Digital Marketing Analyst: ₹41,600 per month
- Content Writer & Technical Support Associate: ₹33,300 per month

Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit:

Educational Qualifications:
- Content Writer & Technical Support Associate: 12th pass or a graduate degree in any discipline
- Digital Marketing Analyst: Graduate degree in any discipline
