Job Responsibilities
Customer Support Executive:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Provide detailed product information and answer customer queries.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Resolve customer issues in an efficient and friendly manner.
Chat Process:
- Assist customers by resolving queries via chat.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while addressing customer concerns.
- Escalate issues when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Salary
The salary for both the customer support executive and chat process positions is approximately Rs 24,160 per month. Salaries may vary based on factors such as location and company policies.

Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Minimum 18 years; no upper age limit specified.
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have at least a 12th pass or a graduate degree in any discipline.
