Customer Support Representative:
- Handle customer interactions via phone, chat, and email as per business requirements.
- Analyze and process customer queries accurately to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines.
- Communicate professionally and utilize available resources effectively.
- Manage high volumes of customer queries while navigating multiple systems.
Chat Process Coordinator:
- Assist customers via phone, chat, and email as required.
- Process and resolve customer queries with accuracy.
- Maintain a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute.
- Be available for permanent night shifts or rotational shifts.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
Salary Details
- The expected salary for these positions ranges between ₹34,300 – ₹42,100 per month.

Eligibility Criteria
Age Requirement:
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old to apply.
Educational Qualifications:
- Customer Support Representative: Graduate in any discipline with at least one year of experience.
- Chat Process Coordinator: Graduate in any discipline (freshers can apply).
- Analyst: Graduate in Commerce, BBA, or MBA (Finance) with a minimum of one year of experience.

Skills Required
