Responsibilities:

Telesales Executive:

• Handling inbound sales calls and providing information on pricing, promotions, and offers
• Navigating order entry systems efficiently
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
• Meeting sales performance targets
• Building strong relationships with customers
• Staying updated on company policies, market trends, and product updates

Customer Service Representative:

• Responding to customer queries via calls, chat, email, and social media
• Ensuring data security and maintaining customer records
• Resolving queries related to phone bills and network issues
• Updating complaint logs and escalation reports
• Providing accurate product and service information
• Escalating priority issues when required

Salary Details:

• Customer Service Representative: ₹25,400 per month (approx.)
• Telesales Executive: ₹37,500 per month (approx.)

Age Limit:

• Minimum: 18 years
• No upper age limit mentioned

Educational Qualifications:

• Customer Service Representative: 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline
• Telesales Executive: Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
