Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for queries related to leave, disability, and accommodations.
- Take ownership of employee queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Refer to FAQs and standard procedures for query resolution and escalate issues if needed.
- Build trust through empathetic and personalized interactions.
- Handle queries through phone and log them into the case management system.
- Collaborate with partner teams for process updates and quick resolution of cross-functional issues.

- A graduate degree in any discipline is required.
Skills Required
