Responsibilities for International Recruitment Manager

• Lead UK University student recruitment efforts in India, reporting directly to the country director.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies in collaboration with the country director.
• Manage agent relationships to achieve or exceed recruitment targets.
• Support regional managers in meeting their recruitment goals across India.
• Collaborate with the Admissions team to ensure smooth operations and competitive market positioning.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure timely availability of materials and campaigns.
• Work with the Conversion team to design effective campaigns to maximize student enrollments.
