Responsibilities:

• Operations Associate:
  • Share pricing quotes using available resources.
  • Communicate with teams to resolve order issues and improve the licensing process.
  • Track licensing-related questions and timelines.
  • Perform data entry and order checks, including Shopify and group order checks.
  • Upload proofs to licensing portals for single-use licenses.
• Customer Experience Associate:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Handle inbound customer calls, texts, and chats daily.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless issue resolution.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure a professional experience.
  • Keep customer records up to date with accurate information.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Salary/Pay:

• Operations Associate: Rs 33,650 – 58,900 per month.
• Customer Experience Associate: Rs 60,500 per month.
