Responsibilities of a Relationship Manager
- Manage key clients and deliver expert relationship management services.
- Anticipate and respond to shifting customer expectations while staying ahead of competitors.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of client portfolios/products to capture business opportunities.
- Regularly engage with assigned clients and ensure portfolio profitability at the individual client level.
- Promote the full range of consumer and commercial banking products to existing and potential clients.
- Contribute to the development of new banking products and services by providing valuable feedback.
- Ensure compliance with KYC and anti-money laundering regulations in all customer interactions.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives to support broader organizational goals.
Salary Details
- Pay Scale: Approximately ₹41,600 per month.
