Key Responsibilities:
- Discover talented creators through ShareChat and other platforms, working with agencies in specific categories
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creator agencies
- Provide training on ShareChat process guidelines to agencies
- Onboard hosts for 1-on-1 engagements
- Communicate with live audiences and hosts about events, offers, rewards, and internal programs
- Support social media engagement during internal campaigns and challenges through agencies
- Understand virtual gifting behavior and assist creators with monetizing user engagement
- Train and guide hosts to improve quality and engagement
- Create engaging content and communicate effectively in Hindi
Salary/Pay:
- Approximately Rs 26,600 per month (salaries may vary based on market conditions)
Age Requirement:
- Minimum age: 18 years (no upper age limit specified)
Educational Qualifications:
- 12th pass or graduate in any discipline
