- Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)
- Lean Specialist

Job Locations
- Lean Specialist: Work from home.
- Customer Support Associate (Chat Process): Jaipur.
- Customer Support Executive (Voice Process): Lucknow.
Number of Vacancies
Multiple vacancies are available for each role.
Responsibilities
- Customer Support Executive (Voice Process):
- Handle customer calls (inbound/outbound) regarding product and service queries.
- Provide accurate resolutions to complaints and issues.
- Update customer records and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Customer Support Associate (Chat Process):
- Resolve customer inquiries and grievances via chat, phone, and email.
- Collaborate with internal teams for efficient case resolution.
- Contribute to smooth operations by addressing customer needs effectively.
- Lean Specialist:
- Develop and implement software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and upgrade existing systems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and project schedules.
Salary Details
- Customer Support Associate (Chat Process): ₹27,000/month
- Customer Support Executive (Voice Process): ₹18,000/month
- Lean Specialist: ₹43,300/month
(Salary figures are approximate and subject to variation.)
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: Minimum 18 years. No upper age limit specified.
- Educational Qualifications:
- Customer Support Associate (Chat Process): Graduate in any discipline.
- Customer Support Executive (Voice Process): 12th pass or graduate.
- Lean Specialist: Graduate with at least 3 years of software development experience.

Skills Required

Selection Process

Work Experience
No prior experience is required for customer support roles. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
