Responsibilities

Office Associate

• Administrative support and daily interaction with stakeholders
• Managing the telephone board and reception area
• Effective filing, archival, and secretarial work

HR Executive

• Address HR-related issues and prepare monthly MIS reports
• Develop and implement HR strategies for social media
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Conduct audits and manage reporting

Manager (Consumer Insights)

• Track and measure brand performance
• Work closely with the brand team to drive business growth
• Design and implement effective research strategies
• Leverage tools and insights for business innovation

Eligibility Criteria

Age

• Minimum age: 18 years

Educational Qualifications

• HR Executive: Graduate in any discipline
• Office Associate: 12th pass or graduate with at least one year of experience
• Manager (Consumer Insights): MBA with at least four years of experience in qualitative/quantitative research
