Job Responsibilities
- Shift Manager:
- Oversee warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, and inventory management during a shift.
- Train and manage warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate operations.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive smooth operations and identify process improvements.
- Warehouse Manager:
- Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Implement systems to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining cost and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the order delivery process.
- Manage and train the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely results.
- Oversee logistics processes to ensure timely and damage-free delivery.
Salary
The estimated salary for both the Shift Manager and Warehouse Manager roles is approximately Rs 41,600 per month. Salary figures may vary.
Age Limit
