Job Location:
- Customer Service Associate (Chat Process) and Database Administrator Lead: Work from home.
- Associate – Account Management: Hybrid (work from home and office). Office location is in Mumbai.
Job Responsibilities:
Account Management Associate:
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls and chats.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Update customer information accurately in the system.
- Perform general account maintenance, process payments, and answer product/service inquiries.
- Upsell products or services as required.
- Meet performance metrics and goals.
Customer Service Associate (Chat Process):
- Provide support via phone, email, or chat.
- Serve as the primary contact for inbound customer inquiries.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate technical problems to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow service standards.
- Assist less experienced customer service associates.
Salary:
- Account Management Associate: Approximately ₹29,160 per month.
- Customer Service Associate (Chat Process): Approximately ₹29,400 per month. (Note: Salaries are estimates and may vary.)
Age Limit:
- Minimum age: 18 years. No upper age limit.
Educational Qualifications:
- Account Management Associate and Customer Service Associate: Minimum 12th-grade pass or a graduate degree in any discipline.

Skills Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work with multiple applications.
