Job Responsibilities
Customer On-boarding Specialist
- Manage daily tasks in SAP ATLAS tool with minimal supervision.
- Identify risks in processes/data and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure efficiency.
- Prepare and share status reports with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze complex data for decision-making and process optimization.
Process Associate (Back Office)
- Provide customer support for international clients via calls (voice process).
- Manage and review client product support through calls, chats, or emails.
- Verify and validate information as per guidelines.
- Conduct outbound calls for content moderation when required.
- Ensure compliance and security of client data.
Salary Details
- Customer On-boarding Specialist: Approximately ₹33,300 per month.
- Process Associate (Back Office): Approximately ₹21,250 per month.

Eligibility Criteria
- Age: Minimum age requirement is 18 years. No upper age limit is specified.
- Educational Qualifications:
- Customer On-boarding Specialist: Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Process Associate: 12th pass or graduate degree in any discipline.
