- Manage high volumes of incoming calls, chats, and emails while navigating multiple systems.
Chat Process Coordinator:
- Support customer queries via phone, chat, and email.
- Accurately analyze and resolve customer issues.
- Exhibit a typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
- Work night shifts or rotational shifts as assigned.
- Professionally interact with customers and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Salary:
- Pay for both roles ranges between ₹34,300 to ₹42,100 per month.

Age:
- Minimum age: 18 years.
Educational Qualifications:
- Customer Support Representative: Graduate degree in any discipline with at least one year of experience.
- Chat Process Coordinator: Graduate degree in any discipline.
