Job Responsibilities

• Manage MIS reporting and collaborate with various departments to address queries.

Operations Support Specialist

• Communicate with senior managers and help mitigate organizational risks as needed.

HR Officer

Operations Risk Specialist

• Complete assignments as per established procedures.
• Support a wide array of products and services.

Salary

• Chat Operations Officer, Operations Support Specialist, Operations Risk Specialist: Approx. ₹34,160 per month.
• HR Officer: Approx. ₹41,600 per month.

Eligibility Criteria

Age

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• No upper age limit specified.

Educational Qualifications

• Chat Operations Officer: Graduate degree with at least 2 years of experience in retail banking.
• Operations Support Specialist, Operations Risk Specialist, HR Officer: Graduate degree in any discipline.
