Responsibilities
Customer Service Trainer
- Conduct customer service and grooming training for front-line staff.
- Deliver situational management training and recommend innovative training methods.
- Prepare and update training modules aligned with industry standards.
- Conduct grooming and etiquette training, including makeup skills.
- Ensure adherence to organizational grooming norms.
- Stay updated on market trends for grooming products and collaborate with brands.
- Prepare reports and maintain training records.
Cabin Crew
- Adhere to standard operating procedures, safety regulations, and DGCA guidelines.
- Maintain grooming and professional appearance as per company standards.
- Ensure proper management of galley stock and catering uplifts.
- Engage positively with customers to maintain good public relations.
- Complete all pre-flight and post-flight duties.
- Report issues, discrepancies, and cabin defects to the Inflight Manager.
