- Validate refund eligibility by conducting fare rule checks using GDS systems like Amadeus and Galileo.
- Calculate refund amounts for unused or partially utilized tickets.
- Provide refund estimates to travel consultants for approval.
- Process refunds and categorize eligible amounts as per company guidelines.
- Collaborate with travel consultants regarding refund rules and ticket availability.
- Ensure compliance with service-level agreements and operational guidelines.
Age Limit:

Educational Qualification:
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
