Job Responsibilities:
- Junior Customer Service Executive:
- Handle customer issues, providing resolutions and troubleshooting.
- Monitor and manage day-to-day operations and technical support.
- Ensure effective and timely issue resolution, adhering to SLAs.
- Manage escalations and technical support center operations.
- Lead Customer Security Operations:
- Administer and troubleshoot solutions to ensure smooth functionality.
- Incident validation, analysis, and solution recommendations.
- Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with IT teams on escalations and performance issues.
- Provide reports on customer service operations activities.
Salary Details:
- Junior Customer Service Executive/Chat Process: ₹33,600 per month.
- Lead Customer Security Operations: ₹41,600 per month. (Note: Salaries may vary, as they are subject to fluctuations.)
Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
Educational Qualifications: A graduate degree in any discipline is required for all positions.
