Responsibilities

Customer Service Executive:

• Work in a 24×6 team environment with rotational shifts.
• Manage domestic and international travel-related queries.
• Provide effective resolutions to customer inquiries.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and meet productivity goals.
• Mentor and support junior team members as required.

HR Intern:

• Handle recruitment, coordination, and interview processes.
• Source profiles based on business needs.
• Manage stakeholder communication when needed.
• Maintain and update recruitment data on MIS.
• Support additional HR activities.

Salary

• Customer Service Executive: Approximately ₹26,500 per month.
