Key Responsibilities
For Business Development Associate:
- Act as a mentor, providing career advice to potential learners.
- Counsel prospective candidates and offer guidance on career opportunities.
- Highlight the uniqueness of CCBP 4.0 Programs.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including calls, product demonstrations, closing sales, and maintaining post-sales relationships.
- Maintain a detailed database of all lead interactions and provide feedback to the team.
- Achieve weekly revenue and enrollment targets.
For Talent Acquisition Associate (Internship):
- Coordinate and schedule interviews while avoiding conflicts.
- Maintain accurate records of interview schedules and candidate feedback.
- Handle post-interview communications and address scheduling issues promptly.
- Utilize job boards and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain confidential candidate records.
- Foster a positive experience for all candidates and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Salary Details
- Business Development Associate: ₹26,500 per month (approx.)
- Talent Acquisition Associate (Internship): ₹20,000 per month (approx.)

Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit:
- Minimum: 18 years
- No upper age limit specified.
Educational Qualifications:
- Business Development Associate: 12th pass or a graduate degree in any discipline.
- Talent Acquisition Associate (Internship): Graduate degree in any discipline.
