Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the recruiting and staffing team to ensure smooth onboarding and project launches.
- Collaborate with recruitment specialists for job board postings and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with timelines.
- Assist in building a pipeline of recent graduates for future roles.
- Coordinate with universities and career advisors for recruitment initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for document review processes and staffing requirements.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
